No. All information related to the property, the user, and your data is strictly private and is not shared with anyone. titlos.com has no partnership or affiliation with the State.
Can I use titlos.com for internal organization of my property folio?
Yes. You can use the platform purely for internal organization purposes, without coordinating a sale and without ever inviting the buyer’s side
When does my access to titlos.com expire?
Access to the application never expires. As long as you have an account, you can log in at any time and view the full history of your property transactions.
How many transactions can I start ?
As long as your account is active, you can log in, start as many new transactions as you want, and retain access to their complete history indefinitely.
Do my transactions expire?
No. Transactions never expire.
Do I have full control over the transaction?
Yes. You—and only you—have full control over your transaction. You can invite collaborators, invite the other party, or revoke access at any time.
Can the same property be added to titlos.com by another user?
No. Once a property’s KAEK (property ID) is entered, only your transaction is considered valid. The same property cannot be entered simultaneously by another user.
What is the role of a coordinator in a transaction?
A coordinator assists the seller or buyer in interacting with the platform, uploading documents, and answering questions. Coordinators can include real estate agents, lawyers, engineers, or anyone who helps either side of the transaction.
How many associates can I have in a transaction?
Each party in a transaction can have as many invited associates as they wish. Invitations are sent through the application, and there is no additional charge for the associate.
What is the role of the coordinator in a transaction?
The coordinator differs from other associates in that they represent both sides of the transaction. Typically, this role is held by a real estate agent.
Will every participant in the transaction be charged?
No. Only the person who initiates the transaction needs to upgrade it in order to invite associates. All other invited associates do not pay anything.
I have many associates in my office. How can I track all transactions?
Simple. You should initiate all transactions yourself and assign each one to an associate by inviting them. This way, you can always see the status of every transaction across your entire team.
What payment methods are available on titlos.com?
Payments can be made by debit or credit card and are processed automatically within the application in a secure environment.
