What is a credit?
A credit is the "currency" of our platform, used to initiate a property transfer. Each credit corresponds to one property transfer and remains active until the process is completed, with no expiration date.
Who pays the credit?
The credit is purchased by the individual who initiates the property transfer. It is required to start the process and ensure smooth management.
Will those participating in the property transaction be charged 1 credit each?
No, only the individual who initiates the property transfer needs to purchase a credit. Other participants invited to the process are not required to pay anything.
What does it mean my credit expires in 1 year?
Unused credits expire exactly 1 year after the date you purchased them.
What does an assistant do in a transaction?
The role of the assistant is to assist the seller or buyer to respond to property and ownership questions, load documents and data for the transaction of the property or to simply monitor the progress of the transaction. An assistant may be a realtor, a lawyer, an engineer, an accountant, or a friend or family member of each side.
What is the role of "coordinator"?
The only difference between a coordinator and any other user or assistant is that the coordinator has access to bith the seller and buyer side and can see and transact for both sides concurrently. Typically the coordinator is a realtor that represents both the seller and buyer.
How many assistants can I have?
Each side in a transaction may invite unlimited number of assistants. They can be invited from within the web app and their participation is free.
When does my app access end?
As long as you have an account you can access the app forever, regardless of whether you have credits or not. All your historical transactions that you started or participated in are accessible by you forever.
Do I have the administrator control of the transaction?
Yes, you and only you that started the transaction have the total control of that transaction and it is considered yours. You can invite assistants, someone from the other side, or remove anyone of your choice from the transaction at any time.
Can the same property entered into titlos.com by another app user?
No. The moment you enter the KAEK (Property ID) of the property, only your transaction is considered valid. Another transaction with the same KAEK (property ID) is not possible to run concurrently until yours is completed.
Does titlos.com share information with 3rd parties or the State?
Strictly not. All property and transaction information, property ownership information and all data and documents are yours and are never shared with anyone other than those that you invite to the transaction as sellers, buyers or assistants. Titlos.com does not associate with the Greek State neither does it plan to do so as this goes against company policy.
In my office I have many realtors. Does each one need to have their own credits package for their real estate transactions?
Not necessarily. The proper model is for only one user to have the credits under their account and that user starting the transactions with their credits and inviting to each of the transactions the realtor responsible for the transaction as an assistant. That assistant, from that moment on can continue running the transaction and has the rights to become a transaction coordinator.
I have many colleagues at my office; how can I see where everyone's transactions are located?
Easy with titlos.com. You need to initiate all the transactions with one titlos.com account and assign each one to one of your colleagues by inviting them as assistants for their transactions. This way, you always know where all the transactions are for all your colleagues.
Can I use titlos.com for the internal organization of my properties' documents and folios?
Yes, that's entirely possible, if you want to use titlos.com to navigate the complexities of data and documents needed for each of your Greek properties. And you can do that internally without ever inviting the seller's side.
